TOUR OF HISTORIC FORT SNELLING IN SAINT PAUL, MN ON 28 SEPTEMBER 2024
Join us for an active and veteran military tour of historic Fort Snelling in St. Paul, Minnesota on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The address is 200 Tower Ave. St. Paul, MN 55111. You need to register to attend to get the password, which you must have to join the group. Directions and Transportation can be located here: https://www.mnhs.org/fortsnelling/visit/directions There is no charge for the event for Veterans, but parking is $6 for the day. Active duty are $12 to enter plus parking and the Tribe will pay for your entrance when you register and arrive. ​Click Here to Register

GLIMA TRAINING FOR ACTIVE/VETERAN MILITARY AND LEO/FIRST RESPONDERS ON 5 OCTOBER 2024
​On 5 October 2024, Odin’s Warrior Tribe will once again partner with Icelandic Glima Champion wrestlers, Hurstwic, and Nine Realms MMA in Martinsburg, West Virginia to bring authentic Icelandic Glima back to the US. There will be an all-day hands-on training event on 5 October including a talk on the history/role of Glima “The Fighting Method of the Vikings. The training for active and veteran military and (LEO/First Responders) will be on the grassy fields of our Viking Camp in Maryland on the Potomac close to Leonardtown. VIKING DAY FOR VETERANS ON 19 OCTOBER 2024
Come out and join Odin’s Warrior Tribe on 19 October 2024, for the third Viking Day for Veterans of the year and again during a gathering this time Winternights at Viking Camp. We will be rowing and sailing on two Viking boats and host other Viking activities to include archery, axe throwing, Kubb, and limited Viking combat introduction. At the end of the day there will be a feast provided and campfire and we will share beer and mead and we will sing Sea Shanties. Around the fire we will be with fellow active and veteran military, law enforcement and first responders “who have been there.” For a select few (the first six approved) we will offer after the day a chance to join us for a Blot in Odin's Ve and Chieftain's Sumbl. Those spaces are limited and subject to approval. This special Viking Day will take place in Maryland on the Potomac River close to Chesapeake Bay. Go to Store for Registration
