Odin's Warrior Tribe and Society of Gungnir Tribe Flag patch 2 in x 3 in (standard uniform size) with male Velcro-type backing sewn on and a piece of female Velcro-type cloth for sewing on (if required). The patch is very detailed with the tribe's Old Norse motto, "Ok Nefna Tysvar Ty," in Elder Futhark, which means "And call twice the name of Tyr (for victory)." The overall significance of the coat of arms is that we area warrior tribe. The coat of arms is a round Viking shield and in the upper right corner is the tribe bindrune, in the lower right corner "the helm of awe," in the lower left corner the Gar rune (representing Gungnir - Odin's spear) and in the upper left corner is a Raven representing Odin's ravens. The raven is known to have been used as a Viking symbol and carried on standards and possibly painted on sails. The wolf's head represents Odin's two wolves as well as the Ulfhednar - special warriors of Odin. The spear represents Odin's spear and the sword represents Tyr's sword. The tribe colors are green, black, and white.
